Rosie's beach is located on a penninsula alongside Lake Gray, a private 15-acre lake of which you have exclsuive access. The 200ft aisle begins as a walkthrough of flora and fauna before a grand opening as the bride approaches. Wildlife is often present in the background of the ceremony space, from ducks, turtles, jumping fish, deer and several bird types including a bald eagle who frequently visits the lake. 

Farmhouse style benches are provided for 100 guests. A variety of arches are included in the rental price, and many can be customized to fit the couple's vision. 

The Sequioa Pavillon is fondly named after the USS Sequioa, the US Presidential Yacht utilized during the Hoover to Carter administrations. The steel beams that support the pavillion were once used to hold the USS Sequioa while at port in Deltaville, VA. The grand pavillion measures 25' tall and 40' by 40' wide, not including the surronding pathways utilized as additional reception space. A custom floorplan is built for every bride dependent on their vision and guest count. We can make the pavillion feel intimate or grand. 

All decor owned by Lake Gray Estates is included. A varity of styles from rustic, elegant, boho, garden party and everything in between are present in our inventory.
